1. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number on our website or the courier's official website to track your order's progress.

2. How do I change my shipping address or cancel my order?
To change your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact info@enthusiastictrade.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Please note that for orders placed after 24 hours, we will notify the warehouse of the shipment and will not be able to change your address or cancel your order. Please confirm your address and information before placing your order.

3. I ordered more than one item, but I've only received one. Why is that?
If you ordered multiple items simultaneously, we strive to ship them together in one package. However, there are occasions when we may need to ship items separately from different fulfillment centers. Rest assured, all items will reach you. You will also receive separate tracking codes for each item.

4. I placed an order but didn't receive a confirmation email. What's going on?
Please ensure that your email address is entered correctly during the ordering process. If you don't find the confirmation email in your inbox, kindly check your spam folder. If you still cannot locate it, please contact us at info@enthusiastictrade.com.

5. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal only for now.
